Jump into the sea! Arctic bathing & bodyrafting

Bathing in Northern Norway isn’t always associated with anything but cold experiences – but now you can jump into the sea (or walk in, of course) in a floating suit and "float" comfortably in Arctic waters.

The experience is surprisingly relaxing – perfect for those wanting to unwind in nature.
A slightly different, fun, and wonderful activity we highly recommend you try.

 

What's included:
• About 1 hour where you can float in the sea, swim, play, or simply relax
• A floating suit that makes you float like a “cork”
• A guide available on land. The guide wears a floating suit and can jump into the sea with you quickly if needed.

 

Who is this suitable for?
• Minimum height: 150–160 cm
• You should feel comfortable in a slightly bulky suit and not be afraid of swimming in deep water

 

Meeting point:
Please meet at the reception, which has an entrance in the glass building on the main pier (between two white houses), 10–15 minutes before the start.

Bring warm, soft wool or fleece clothing so you can wear two layers underneath, as well as warm socks and preferably gloves. The clothes should be able to tolerate some salt water in case a bit gets inside the suit during your swim.
